1.1 By creating a nurtstar account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, together with the nurtstar Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and nurtstar.
1.2 nurtstar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where amendments are material, nurtstar will provide reasonable advance notice by email or in-platform notification.
1.3 These Terms apply to all products and services offered through nurtstar, including but not limited to the live casino, online slots, sports betting, online sabong, bingo, fishing games, lottery and keno, the nurtstar Wallet, and the VIP Club programme.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, nurtstar reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein without notice.
4.3 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Account login credentials. nurtstar strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) through the Account Security settings. You must notify nurtstar immediately through live chat support if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.4 nurtstar will not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials, including losses resulting from shared passwords or unauthorised third-party access that the Player enabled through their own conduct.
4.5 Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting nurtstar's support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed to the Player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification requirements being satisfied.
5.1 All Players must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before nurtstar will process any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be required at other points at nurtstar's discretion, including upon deposit activity that triggers enhanced due diligence thresholds.

nurtstar accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method as published on the Platform's Wallet page. All deposits are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance upon confirmation of receipt by nurtstar's payment processor.
nurtstar does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Third-party payment fees are the Player's sole responsibility.

7.1 nurtstar offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback Offers, and VIP Rakeback. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
7.2 nurtstar reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, or co-ordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.
7.3 Bonus funds credited in error must be reported to nurtstar support immediately. nurtstar reserves the right to reclaim erroneously credited bonuses, together with any winnings derived from their use, regardless of whether the error was identified before or after wagering activity occurred.
7.4 VIP Club rakeback and tier benefits are subject to the VIP Club terms published on the Platform. VIP tier qualification is based on verified wagering activity. nurtstar reserves the right to reassess tier status at any time in response to changes in a Player's activity levels.
8.1 All games available on the nurtstar Platform are governed by game-specific rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the particular game.
8.2 nurtstar operates Random Number Generator (RNG) games that have been independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated through certified studio partners using real cards, dice, and wheels under controlled conditions. nurtstar does not manipulate game outcomes.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a gaming session, nurtstar will make reasonable efforts to determine the outcome of the interrupted round using available data. In cases where the outcome cannot be reliably determined, the wager for that round may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nurtstar Platform and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

13.2 nurtstar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings, or reputational harm, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
13.3 nurtstar does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily suspend access to all or part of the Platform. nurtstar will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
13.4 The Platform is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. Participation in online gambling carries the risk of financial loss. Players accept this risk when registering an Account and placing wagers.
14.1 nurtstar collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the nurtstar Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Informal Resolution. 15.3 Formal Proceedings. In the event that an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
15.4 Nothing in this clause prevents nurtstar from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any competent court.
16.1 nurtstar reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at nurtstar.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
16.2 For material amendments — those that materially affect Players' rights or obligations — nurtstar will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice by email to the address registered with the Player's Account, and/or by a prominent in-platform notice. Players who do not wish to accept amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure before the amended Terms take effect.
16.3 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.
